References missing

We're using 2011 LE to create a setup for our WPF application. The main project references a dll project, which in turn references some dlls. Those dlls are not included in the setup!

Could you kindly provide us the detailed steps which you have performed.

Kindly provide us a small sample project which replicate the behavior so that we can investigate further.

Kindly provide us all the contents of the project found under C:\Users\Documents\Visual Studio 2010\Projects.
