Hello, I would appreciate if you can help me. I was using the trial version of the Installshield, I just bought the license, I entered the activation code and registered it correctly. Then I close the application, I open it again and the window appears again to register it again.
How do I make the Installshield permanently registered?

Hi @tanito ,

 

Which version of InstallShield you are using?

What type of licensing it is?-Concurrent/Nodelocked(Activation code/license file)

If it is activation code based,try finding TSConfig.exe in InstallShield's(<ISINSTALLDIR>\<ISVERSION>\System\TSConfig.exe) system directory

Then can you try running the below commandline:

For an example:

C:\ProgramFiles x86\InstallShield\2019\System\TSConfig.exe /info

In that please verify the activation code you had entered is available with registered InstallShield product.If it is there it should work as a permanent solution.
