Quickpatch build fails with .NET programs

Whenever I add a program/file built with C#, the following happens.

Created release folders
Creating updated setup image...
Setting product version...
Setting package code...
Updating application files...
Building scanned MsiAssembly records
ISDEV : fatal error -6218: Internal build error

Any ideas?

I had to use Orca to add two missing tables that it should've never needed to look at.

Spoke too soon. Running the patch causes the following error. I bet because the orginal msi file doesn't have the tables.

Error 2705 Invalid table: Feature, Could not be linked as tree.
Then it errors out with -1603.
