Questions about the ISRelease table
Hi,
I am working on a Basic MSI project with IS 2010.
The ISRelease table has got 2 columns I would like to understand a little more:
As far as I can see, these columns seem to have no effect.
Could anybody tell me what their effect is, and what values are allowed?
Regards

The MsiSourceType field is set through the Release view by the "File Name Format" setting on the Build tab. This setting affects the long/short file name setting on the built MSI's summary information stream Word Count property (bit 0).
The MediaLocation field stores the path set on a release's "Copy to Folder" setting on the Postbuild tab. At build time, this setting is used to copy the built media to the location specified (if there is one).
