The ISSetupFilesExtract action extracts support files from the installation to a temp location on the target system. This action is mentioned in the help:

Thanks, but I have one more question, How can I add this action in my new project? I can't find it in "Standard Actions""Merge Module custom Actions" and "Custom Actions".

InstallShield automatically adds this custom action (as well as other related actions) to your project when you add one or more support files to your project in the Support Files view. You don't have to manually add the actions to your project.
