I am installing documentation and the files that need to be installed consist of hundreds of files and multiple sub folders. I tried to add a component with the top folder, but it only takes the files. Do I need to create a separate component for each subfolder? I don't recall having to do that with InstallShield 2009. I'm now using InstallShield 2012. I understand that I can bundle multiple components into one feature, but must I create multiple components? The entire folder structure needs to be installed.
I'm using InstallScript MSI project. Thank you for your help.
