Project in read-only mode, but its not?

I went away for a couple of days and checked a project in before I left. When I came in this morning, I opened the project with InstallShield, got the prompt to check it out like I ordinarily do, and went ahead and did some work on the scripting, did a build, saved my changes, and exited out. When I came back a little while later, the project is coming up in the title bar as being in read-only mode, even though the ism file is not flagged as read-only, and sourcesafe indicates that the file is checked out to me?

What gives, and how can I fix this?

The project file may be in use, or locked for another reason. Worst case, try rebooting the machine; but ideally just figure out what has it locked and unlock it directly.
