ProgressBar not updating correctly after resizing control

I had to resize my dialogs, so I have been going through and expanding fields where appropriate. I thought it would be good to increase the size of the progress bar control in the SetupProgress dialog. However, when I test my install the progress bar only fills up to about half way, ignoring the new length of the control. Is there some value that I need to update somewhere else to get this to work properly?

BTW, this is a basic MSI project.

Nevermind, when I run the full install instead of the test install I see the progress bar updating to its full length from time to time.
