Probably very basic question
Hi
I am new to installshield and I'm using it for a A-level IT project and I having a small issue which I can not seem to work out.
Basically I am wanting the default location to be C:\ which I can do. However if the end user for example has an external hard drive which more space it will install the files into that location rather than C:\. Is there a way of getting around this.
Kind Regards
Rick

May be you can try this. Try to write custom function for checking the disk space before installing in C:\.If the disk space is less than the space predefined in your function, take the user input for path to install.i think it will work.
