Prerequisite with IS Setup.exe causes REBOOT

Hello,

I'm trying to make an MSI with a feature prerequisite with an other IS Setup.exe ( compressed, multilanguage, /w /clone_wait),
which causes always a REBOOT, at the end of the Installation.

Only the pure msi of the Setup.exe don't causes the reboot.

What's wrong?

Meanwhile: The IS Setup.exe from IS2018 makes the same trouble. The IS Setup.exe from IS2015 is o.k.
