Powershell CA called twice in UI sequence fails

Hello,

I'm calling a PS CA in a dialog in the events of the next button.

When the dialog is called the second time, the CA is not doing the same, as correctly done in the first call.

What wrong?

is their any error or fails to call the CA?

Please share the ism file or the screenshot of those CA's
