Possible to create Basic MSI project?

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to create a Basic MSI project in this version (2015 Express) of the software?

Documentation says you can create MSI projects, but there are no specifics about project types (that I can find).

I have been able to create a .MSI file for my project using InstallShield LE in Visual Studio 2015. Are you using VS2015? Perhaps I can help you with that. My problem is the .MSI file does not contain the latest version of my executable.
