Please help with MS access msi install
Hi
I'm about to start banging my head against the wall. Please help me figure out what's happening. I have an mde dbs that uses runtime. this is an msi build. I have the accessrt and accessrtcab in the installdir with the mde and backend database and one self registering rtf.ocx. I get an error when opening it on the users machine that a function is not available. (format now(), "mm/yy"). This is usually a missing reference. There are only 5 references. vb for apps, access object library, dao, richtext and word 11 object. All of these are where they are supposed to be on the user machine. If the machine has access installed it works fine. Any clues or help is greatly appreciated. Alan
