Could you please explain the issue in details, at what point of time you see the slowness, building time or installation runtime,
If its at build time, if the files are added from network path or release output is added to network location, please copy it to local path EX: C:\Test\Projectfiles and then try building,
Could you please provide a full and complete verbose build log that captures this issue? if its a build time issue.
