Per-user-installation: switch missing or moved

Hi,

I'm creating installations which are meant for users w/o admin rights.
In the older versions I could choose the "Install this application for:" to be displayed ("customer information" dialog). User could select "Only for me" if he had no admin rights.
In version 2011 this option is still shown in the displayed example but the switch is gone. :eek:
The Text has moved to the "Ready to install" Dialog but the switch isn't even there. Where is it gone? I currently don't manage to make non-admin-installations. 😞

An imported old project where the dialog was displayed works as expected.
So where's the switch now? :confused:

As a documentation for later use:

The switch is named "Show all users option" and is to be found in the "dialogs" header node where global images are to be selected.
