I have a problem with IS 2008 and its new patching-way. After installing a patch when starting up the patched program IS does some more patching to the program. The problem with this is that the patching at startup of the program still requires the patch-executeble.
So if have my patch on a USB stick and install it then take out the USB and run the program, the program can not start up.
First question: WHY? All i do is replace a executeble, why does my program needs patching after installing the patch, what the hell happens while installing?
Second question: How can i make my patch that it does not do this anymore?
