Not able to open ISMs in Install Shield

We are using InstallShield 2015 Premier version with InstallShield Premier Perpetual License and we renew it every year. The current License is available till May 2024. Now, when I'm trying to open an ISM file using IS, I'm getting the an error which says InstallShield cannot open the ISM. I have tried opening various ISM, and I'm getting the same error for all. I have attached the error log with this questing for reference.

Pls address this with utmost importance as our production is blocked due to this.
