We have some old InstallShield and these version are 2010,2013,2016 and 2018, my question is Whether the installShield2020 premier license can be used for these version and earlier versions?
Serial numbers/activation keys only work for a specific version. So you can't use your InstallShield 2020 key to activate InstallShield 2018. But if you lost your key for version 2018 you could look it up in your Product and License Center.
Installshield versions 2013 and older however can no longer be activated, so you can't use them anymore.
Note that existing projects can be imported to the newer version, so that's another option.
