Not able to go to download products page

I have license and want to download InstallShield product.

I logged in and go to Product Downloads - Community (flexera.com) and clicking on LET’s GO–button of the list on the left, it could not redirect me to the proper page. It shows following error:

Bad Message 431

reason: Request Header Fields Too Large

Hope you can help how to solve the issue.
