No "Return" link for "InstallShield 2014 Standalone Build License"

I'd like to return two InstallShield 2014 Standalone Build Licenses because the two build servers are not used any more. But I cannot find the Return link in the license center.

How can I return these licenses so that I can regenerate licenses for new build servers?

No "Return" for SAB2014 license

For comparison, there is "Return" link for SAB2013 license.
