No enviroment variables under System Configuration
I'm needing to add environment variable to my install project. But there is no Environment Variables under the System Configuration. How do I get that to show up to add environment variables?

I don't know why you can't see it. Environment Variables displays under my System Confguration menu.
Another way to get to it is to drill down into components, component, advanced settings, Other Data and you'll see a link to Environment. This will take you to the Environment table in the direct editor.

The Environment Variables view is provided only for MSI projects, and not InstallScript projects. For InstallScript, I believe you'll need to use script to write to the registry directly.
