No correct resume after MSI 4.5

What I'm seeing is that the setup resume installing after the reboot (caused by Prerequisite MSI 4.5), however it goes to the installation of my application in stead of going on with installing the other Prerequisites (like SQL Server 2008). In fact it skips the next in line prerequisite....

I have to reboot beacause I want to install SQL server 2008 (and that gives an error if the computer is not rebooted).

I've been in touch with the folks at Acresso about this issue and it appears to be a bug in the prerequisites code.
