My application now needs to utilize SOAP 3.0 components but I do not see any merge module for SOAP 3.0 (or any version for that matter) in the Redistributables view of IS 2008. Am I missing something?
I don't recomend MSM's for redist 3rd party components any more because of servicing nightmares. Instead I'd grab the redist from Microsoft and wire it up as a setup prereq to run prior to running your MSI.
