Need support for Installation Error

We are using InstallShield 2018 Professional Perpetual License to create installation setup for Windows desktop applications.

We have created an Installscript project for setup package for OSAP v3.4 application.

Now in some Operating Systems in China, we are getting the attached error during installation.

Please provide a solution for this.

I've seen Error -5001: 0x80070002 occur when the setup.exe is unable to locate a file. This is commonly seen if an uncompressed release does not include all required files, for example its missing the setup.ini or other built files.
Its also possible that the installer files themselves are corrupted which may have occurred in the transfer of data onto the target machine - its therefore worthwhile downloading the installer again.
