Need License Key to reactivate installshield

I need to reactivate our InstallShield license. Internal support can't help me on this. On the server where we have the original installation files I find CSReadMe.txt with the following contents:

Order Date/Time: 6/3/2016 3:33:28 PM

Order Reference: XXXXXXX

The following product was downloaded Successfully:-

InstallShield Professional

Here is your serial number, you maybe required to enter this during the installation process. You should also record this number to enable you to receive technical support from the vendor.

SERIAL NUMBER: XXXXX-XXX-XXXXXX

To activate Installshield you should use your serial number - if this does not work for you please reach out to the support team who will be able to help you with this activation issue - you can contact them directly via phone at this link:

Posting your serial number publicly isn't a good idea. Anyone could use it to activate a copy of InstallShield and thus "steal" your license. Please edit your post to remove the serial number.
