I want to download the .NET Framework 3.5 Prerequisite for installshield 2009 from a PC which dosn't have InstallShield installed on it, therefore, i want to know where can i download from? and how to add it later to the installshield 2009 redistributable?

The download called "InstallShield 2009 Setup Prerequisites for .NET" is an installation. When you launch it, it'll install the .NET prerequisites in the appropriate location on your system, and the newly installed prerequisites will be available in the Redistributables view.
