where can I find prq file for this Framework 2.0 ?

You can get this from (Install location of Installshield) Installshiled/2010/SetupPrequisites folder.
In this location you can view all the prequisities.

but no Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0.prq (x86)

Please see Adding .NET Framework Redistributables to Projects, which mentions that 32-bit version of .NET Framework 2 is not available as an InstallShield prerequisite. To add a redistributable for this version of the .NET Frameowrk to your project, you need to use the Releases view, or create your own InstallShield prerequisite for it.
