Were you able to find it?  I need it as well, and this is the only post I'm finding.  I need both 32 and 64 bit runtimes for our latest app.

   We have created the requested prq files, and attached here, please download and extract it to your installshield install directory SetupPrerequisites folder

Kudos, but can I have a prq file for  .NET 8.0 Desktop Runtime (v8.0.7) - Windows x64 Installer ?

How safe is it to generate the .prq file myself?

It's asking for checksum, correct http location,
