.NET Core 8.0 Runtime prerequisite file

Hello, 
I'm trying to add .NET 8 runtimes to my installer project. My project requires ASP.NET Core 8.0 Runtime, both x86 and x64. Referencing the question below, this seems to be how I get that prerequisite added.
