.NET 4.5 Prerequisite is skipped on Vista

I have an InstallShield project with prerequisite: .NET Framework 4.5.

I setup for the PC auto install .Net framework 4.5 when install 050Plus, By select check box:
"Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 Full".



It work fine in Windows 7, 8, 8.1. But in Windows Vista, It don't work.

Flexera, please help me.

I do not work for InstallShield but maybe I can help.

First make sure that Vista is SP2, that is a requirement for .NET Framework 4.5
Windows 8 and 8.1 should have .NET Framework 4.5 already installed.
Windows 7 requires SP1.

For now that is all that I can think of that may be causing the install not to run.

I checked My device is Vista SP2 and my application run normally if I install .NET Framwork 4.5 manually
