My prerequisites are not installed automatically

hello,i used install shield limited edition,but My prerequisites are not installed automatically after building setup.may i ask u why.cause i set prerequsites the requirement of my setup project and after installing it says install them manually.its nonsense.help me please

Hi,

Is there any specific error message that appears at your end that specifies this issue stating that the prerequisites need to be downloaded manually? If so,please share a screen shot of the error message.

Hi,

I would like to know if this issue was resolved and what the resolution was. I have the same issue and I posted Thread (July 7, 2012 - Prerequisites not installing) and have not received a response.
