Is it still possible to move an Installshield 2013 licence today? I'm worried about returning the licence on the old PC and not being able to activate it with the serial number on the new PC. As a test we just tried to active on new PC before returning licence on old PC, to see if it would report that it's already active on another PC. Unfortuatley this failed with error '50041 - Failed to connect to activation server. Check your internet connection and try again' Our internet conenction is fine and we don't have proxy server.
Are these licence services for IS 2013 still in operation?
