Modification of the message tha comes when we run Update.exe on a blank machine

Hi,

Can we modified the message "Failed to complete the installation" which comes when we execute the update.exe (created by patch configuration) over a machine where we haven't installed the base product for this update.exe?

Please atleast acknowledge like it can not be done so that i can convince my team :o).
