Missing Custom Actions

I seem to be missing Custom Actions in InstallShield 2008 Professional. The manual says there should be a Custom Actions and Sequences section under Behavior and Logic, but all I see is "InstallScript" and "Support Files/Billboards" -- how do I get to Custom ACtions or the Custom Action Wizard? This is in an InstallScript MSI project.

It should be between InstallScript and Support Files; perhaps you have a plain InstallScript project? What does the InstallShield caption bar say?

Ahhhh, that's my problem, I had just picked "InstallScript Proejct" out of the Common tab, didn't notice the InstallScript MSI project type on the other tabs. Thanks!
