Microsoft’s Security Update – Impact on InstallShield 2011

Ok, the link takes us to a page saying "Flexera Software is developing a patch for InstallShield 2014, InstallShield 2013 and InstallShield for AdminStudio 2013 Edition." How about InstallShield 2011? :confused:
1. Are we going to have to buy newer version of the software? :eek:
2. What are the risks of undoing the windows update? :rolleyes: For example, restore to the Windows point before July 9, 2014 and then do the windows update but exclude only the Microsoft security update KB2962872.

Flexera Software has created an interim solution. The patch is applicable to InstallShield 2011.
