Major upgrade registry count problems
I am trying to do a major upgrade and all goes well, the old version is removed before the new version is installed, the registry keys are also removed. But once the new files are installed all the registry keys have a count of 2 which means that the new version will not uninstall?
The registry keys count is just 1 if I install from scratch and the uninstall works fine.
Anybody any ideas why this is happening?
Thanks in advance

I managed to fix this problem.
The component GUIDs were different from the previous versions. So updating these seems to have fixed the problem.:D
