Maintenance Mode and Registry Problem
MSI based project
Install application with "Typical" install selected.
Go back in to install to enter Maintenance mode. (Either via ARP or launching setup again)
Select a sub Feature to install.
The Feature has a component that installs 2 files (one file is set has key file) and writes some registry keys. The files get installed but the registry is not written.
What's the scoop? Isn't the registry written during Maintenance mode?
Any help greatly appreciated.

Check for the registry entry that you are adding.
Is it associated with the component/feature that is being selected during maintenance mode.
Did that help.
