MSI message 1610 on uninstall
Hi
When I’m uninstalling my setup I get a message “The setup must update files or services that cannot be updated while the system is running. If you choose to continue, a reboot will be required to complete the setup.”
And MSI log has this
MSI (s) (B8:78) [18:19:13:237]: RESTART MANAGER: Detected that application with id 4, friendly name 'System', of type RmCritical and status 1 holds file in use.
MSI (s) (B8:78) [18:19:13:237]: RESTART MANAGER: Did detect that a critical application holds file in use, so a reboot will be necessary.
How can I detect exactly which services \ files raised this message ?

You can probably try to check which files require/raised reboot @ PendingFileRenameOperations registry key in HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager
