Lost HELP

I tested the installshield VB.Net Wizard for a project then remove it from my project. Now HELP does not work for any of my apps (Visual Studio, Components, SQL Server, etc).

Anyone know how to fix or have a suggestion.

PROBLEM SOLVED
In Internet Explorer Tools/Internet Options, Advanced Tab, reset button.

I believe the culprit was an Internet Explorer spell checker I downloaded yesterday - ieSpell. It made some registry setting changes to IE. I uninstalled that program before I did the IE repair.
