Hi, I have an installshield package that contains a Component. The component Destination is set to be [INSTALLDIR]. after the installation, the log file is displayed with all the action items that got executed during the installation, but I dont see any information about the component to indicate that the components files have been copied to the [INSTALLDIR]. How can include such information in the LOG? How can I get rid of all the log information that is related to the internal custom actions created by installshield itself?
Please see the MSI help topic "Command-Line Options" for the flags that can follow the /L switch; beyond that, I don't think one can control the logging granularity...
