I need to display the license agreement (.rtf file) which is 950 kb. When navigating to the license agreement page, it is taking about 1 minute to load into the page.
Is there any way to reduce the loading time? Or is it possible to display the progress bar when the license agreement is loading? Or is it possible lazy
