Licensing downgrade - Information required

Hi

We currently have InstallShield Professional 2012 version and are under renewing the silver maintainence contract. As our project require Installshield 2011 version, can we able to downgrade the licenses if we are in support.

can any one help with information on this.

It will not be possible to downgrade (use) the license from the higher version to the lower one
