Launch an Executable CA Hidden

Are there any options I am overlooking for launching an executable CA? I would like to launch a .bat file Hidden. Of course I can do that from an IS Script CA, but it would be nice to not have to do that.

How about:

Behavior and Logic - > Custom Actions and Sequences -> Custom Actions
Right-click on Custom Actions and select New EXE
File Name & Command line could be [SystemFolder]\cmd.exe foo.bat

That much I have... but I want the CMD window to be hidden.
