Launch MSI through "Launch Nested MSI" Custom action
I creted a custom action "InstallMicrosoftInteropFor2003" by CustomActions-->New Nested MSI-->OnSource Location. and set the "MSIFileName --> XXX.msi" , "Property Setting -->blank", and put this Custom Action after "SetupProgress".
InstallLog:::The logging of this Custom action goes upto 300 lines after that it sets the property
------------------------------------------
Property(N): ACTION = INSTALL
Action ended 0:47:17: InstallMicrosoftInteropFor2003. Return value 3.
MSI (c) (94:64) [00:47:17:746]: Doing action: SetupCompleteError
Action 0:47:17: SetupCompleteError.
-------------------------------------------
The setup is getting terminated. But when I am installing the msi by bouble click, it is getting installed successfully.
If anybody want to see the log, I can send the full log also

Before going down this road, nested/concurrent installations are a deprecated feature of Windows Installer, so you might investigate whether a prerequisite or chained MSI would work in your case...
