Language of 'Choose Setup Language' dialog
I am making an InstallScript MSI installer which provides as installer language german, french and italian.
When I start the setup, the first dialog appearing is the "Choose Setup Language" with "Select the language for this installation from the choices below".
In what language does this dialog appear?

What are the respective machine's Language for non-Unicode programs set to? You can find this in the last tab of the Regional and Language Options item in the control panel.
