I cant seem to get my custom actions to run when they are supposed to. I have a script I need to have run after the "after install files" sequence. However, it runs immediatley. I verified this by putting a message box in the script and checking to see that the files we placed in the install dir. The message box popped up before the files we laid down. I also moved this action to other sequences (after service start etc.) with the same results.
It sounds like you have this custom action in immediate execution sequence. You will need to run this in deferred execution. Look up deferred execution in the help for more information on this.
