IsLaunchConditions 1: the operation completed successfully

Hi,
After migrating an Installscript MSI project from Installshield 10.5 to 2012 Spring I get two popups saying "1: the operation completed successfully" during the install.
This appears to be happening in the IsLaunchConditions action.
Can anyone please help?

The message might be from your code or any action which might have been configured in your older project.
