IsCmdBld.exe deployment?

How do deploy IsCmdBld.exe on to another computer. I have been able use it to build my project on my system but now I need to put it onto a build machine. When I do I get error. What is the "proper" method for doing this?

You will need to install the IS2011 Standalone Build.
