Is the move of InstallShield 2015 Express to another computer still available ?

Currently

I try to move my InstallShield 2015 Express to my new computer. 

And I returned my  InstallShield 2015 Express license and tried to new instllation at my new computer.

But it is not work. 

I checked my license but I have no available license. 

Is the return license and install new computer still available ?

Yes - we still support the movement of earlier versions of Installshield to other computers.

If you are having difficulty in activating your product on the new machine please reach out to the Support team directly - as you will need to provide private information regarding your license which is not suitable in a public forum.
