Internal build error -5036

Just installed the Installshield Limited edition in Visual Studio 2010. Made a setup project, and when I try to build it I just gets this.
Tried on another machine, same error (but VS setup is equal, so)
Have tried to google this message, but no info found

What does it mean ?

What do I do to make Installshield work ?
